Becoming a Sponsor

Business Sponsorship Information

for 2019-2020 school year

Elliott Elementary PTA provides opportunities for businesses to advertise while supporting our school. We are partnering with local businesses like yours. Our website is the information hub for over 600 students and their families. If you choose to be a sponsor, your business logo/name will be displayed on the Elliott Elementary PTA Website for the duration of the school year under our Sponsors tab. We can also display contact information for your business or link your logo to your website so viewers can be directed to you. We will have designations according to your donation level and the sponsors will be listed based off of their donation level.

Platinum ($1000)

  • Five PTA memberships donated to families in need
  • Listed on Sponsors page of PTA Website
  • Recognition via four PTA Facebook posts (pinned for 24 hours) per school year at business’s discretion with option to offer discounts or promotions to Elliott families
  • Invitation for two to special luncheon event with the Principal
  • Display of small logo on Fun Run T-shirt
  • Mentioned as a sponsor at all PTA general meetings
  • Vendor table at all PTA Events with option to offer discounts or promotions to Elliott families
  • "Proud Sponsor of Elliott Elementary" plaque to display in business


Gold ($600)

  • Four PTA memberships donated to families in need
  • Listed on Sponsors page of PTA Website
  • Recognition via two PTA Facebook posts (pinned for 24 hours) per school year at business’s discretion with option to offer discounts or promotions to Elliott families
  • Mentioned as a sponsor at first PTA general meeting after sponsorship begins
  • Vendor table at up to three PTA Events with option to offer discounts or promotions to Elliott families
  • Framed "Proud Sponsor of Elliott Elementary" Flyer to display in business


Silver ($300)

  • Two PTA memberships donated to families in need
  • Listed on Sponsors page of PTA Website
  • Recognition via one PTA Facebook post (pinned for 24 hours) per school year at business’s discretion with option to offer discounts or promotions to Elliott families
  • Vendor table at one PTA Event with option to offer discounts or promotions to Elliott families
  • Framed "Proud Sponsor of Elliott Elementary" Flyer to display in business


Bronze ($100)

  • One PTA membership donated to family in need
  • Listed on Sponsors page of PTA Website
  • Laminated "Proud Sponsor of Elliott Elementary" Flyer to display in business


Sponsorship Information: A high resolution logo (.ai, .eps, .ps, .indd, .pdf and .cdr) will need to be provided by the Company Sponsor. Please email to waysandmeans@elliottpta.org The logo will be displayed on our Elliott Elementary PTA website for the duration of the school year.

Event Sponsorship

Throughout the year there are opportunities to sponsor specific activities at the school. These include:

  • Annual Fun Run t-shirts
  • Monthly PTA Potluck dinner
  • Silent Auction donor
